Jr. played) was born in a wealthy New York family. Stark natural intelligence, it was a surprisingly talented 17-year-old graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and successfully found the results impressive their social positioning - the family business, “Stark Arms Company“ new boss.
An American billionaire playboy, industrialist, and ingenious engineer, Tony Stark suffers a severe chest injury during a kidnapping in which his captors attempt to force him to build a weapon of mass destruction. He instead creates a powered suit of armor to save his life and escape captivity. He later uses the suit and successive versions to protect the world as Iron Man. Through his corporation ― Stark Industries ― Tony has created many military weapons, some of which, along with other technological devices of his making, have been integrated into his suit, helping him fight crime.
Pepper Potts
Stark notes that Potts, his secretary/personal aid, is virtually the only real friend he has at the company. Pepper is promoted to CEO of Stark Industries. She later attempts to resign after Tony finds a cure for the palladium poisoning that was killing him but he does not accept it. At the end of the film, Pepper becomes Tony’s girlfriend and partner. In The Avengers, Potts is instrumental in helping with the development of Stark Tower, the new upgraded arc reactor, Tony’s assistance to S.H.I.E.L.D.
Howard Stark
is the father of Tony Stark. During the 1950s, Stark was an agent of the secret science organization known as The Shield.

agency in the Marvel Comics Universe. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby (Aug. 1965), it often deals with paranormal and superhuman threats. S.H.I.E.L.D. started off as a top secret international organization with a Supreme International Council made up of top officials and minds from across the world, including Tony Stark.
