Wuhan, one of the most beautiful cities in China, is more famous than ever for a new epidemic , which broke out during the Spring Festival in 2020 and damped the festive atmosphere of the whole city. All the hospitals were overcrowded and the city was in a state of panic. It was Academician Zhong Nanshan who urged not to go to Wuhan, but he, at the age of 84, went there from Guangzhou in the opposite direction to guide the antiepidemic work. The extreme fatigue made the medical staff fall asleep on the groung. With the protective clothing taken off, the deep blood lines appeared on their pale faces, which made everyone’s heart ache.
